Job Description:
- Assesses and understands the flow of code and its interaction with various processes Documents processes and client demands for process improvement
- Logs, manages, and tracks user issues and cases
- Performs manual & automation regression testing
- Troubleshoots bugs and other issues on mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms

Job Description:
- Create and customize WordPress themes and plug-ins.
- Design and implement new features and functionality.
- Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

- Responsible for creating test plans and test cases based on the development or implementation specs. Comprehensive execution of these plans. The successful candidate will assist with resolving important testing related issues.
